Here are the simple steps that you need to follow to create a great Media Kit:

01

Keep is Concise

Keep it concise, simple, and minimalist. You know that my style is minimalist, but it is not only because I personally prefer simple aesthetics. But more because less is more and when you highlight the most important information - it will be seen better and clearer, rather than if it would be crowded with information and just would disappear.
Brands receive a lot of media kits, so it's important to keep yours concise and to the point. Stick to the essential information.
02

Define Your Branding

The first step to creating a perfect influencer media kit is to define your branding. What sets you apart from other influencers in your niche? What are your core values and beliefs? What kind of content do you create? What style do you have? These are all important questions to ask yourself as you develop your personal branding. By defining your personal brand, you'll be able to communicate your value to potential brand partners.

I always suggest to consider personal accounts and personal brands in the same way as e-commerce brands. Basically you need to ask yourself:

  • what are your values?
  • what kind of emotions do you want people to feel?
  • what meanings do you carry?
  • what is your niche?
  • what is your target audience?
  • what is your style?

You can use digital templates to highlight your personal branding with fonts and colors that will highlight your style. I sell digital templates on my website. If you want to get inspiration or buy templates from me - you can find the links in the description below.
03

Showcase Your Analytics

Brands want to see data and analytics that demonstrate their reach and engagement with their audience. This includes things like your follower count, engagement rate, website traffic, and social media impressions. Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to gather this data, and be sure to keep it updated on a regular basis.

If you are a new content creator and influencer and you don't have a big reach - it is not a problem. Then you can show the brands that you create valuable content or that your audience is very engaged.
04

Highlight Your Best Content

The forth step is to highlight your best content. Your media kit is your portfolio - it should showcase your best work, so choose content that aligns with your brand and demonstrates your creativity and expertise. This could include things like your most popular blog posts, YouTube videos, or Instagram posts, and photos. Use high-quality visuals and clear, concise copy to make your content stand out.
Of course, it is important to showcase your collaborations. Brands want to see that you have experience working with other companies and that you can deliver results. Include case studies or testimonials from past brand partners, and highlight the success of those collaborations.

This will demonstrate your ability to create high-quality content that resonates with your audience and drives engagement.
If you don't have any collaborations yet, both gifted-based or paid - then you can show content that you can create at home with just things around you.
05

Provide Contact Information

Finally, the fifth step is to provide contact information. Your media kit should include clear and concise contact information, so that brands can easily get in touch with you. Include your email address, social media names, and website name, and make it easy for brands to connect with you.
